Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Place the item back in its original designer packaging, including all authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags, to ensure it is protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring no previous labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
